Terms & Conditions

Flexi-fares
  1. Bookings are essential prior to boarding the bus, tickets are not sold onboard.
  2. Payment to be made on booking.
  3. All tickets are completely flexible; names, dates and times may be transferred within the current season.
  4. Cancellation 14 days, or more, prior to departure – 50% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
  5. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure, but more than 7 days- 75% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
  6. Cancellation 7 days or less prior to departure – 100% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
  7. Failure to travel without notice – 100% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
  8. Cancellation or non use of part journey – 100% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
  9. Bookings valid for current season.
  10. The carriage of illegal drugs, smoking and the consumption of alcohol in the coach is not permitted.
  11. Special Conditions apply to unaccompanied children between the ages of 10 and 14. No child under 10 years of age will be carried without an adult. Please see our 'Unaccompanied Child Policy', also found on this website.
  12. Luggage allowance: 2 cases, 1 pair skis and boots per person. Extra luggage allowance can be arranged through the office.
  13. The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone or divert any services if necessary.
  14. Damage done to property by a passenger will be charged to the passenger.
  15. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
  16. No Snow Policy – If there are fewer than 3 lifts operating at Falls Creek, due to lack of snow, two days prior to travel, you can elect to either postpone your booking to later in the current season or to the following season or cancel your booking and receive a full refund less a 25% administration fee per booking.
  17. Falls Creek Coach Service will do everything possible to ensure connections with other carriers, however connections cannot be guaranteed.
  18. A fuel levy may apply to all fares if crude oil prices increase excessively. This is at the companies discretion.
Discounted 'Early Bird’ fares.

Please note that buses depart according to the times on the timetables. Services will not wait at airports for flights late due to fog or any other reason.
