Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 14 days, or more, prior to departure - 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure, but more than 7 days - 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 7 days of less prior to departure - 100% cancellation fee.
- Failure to travel without notice - 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation or non-use of part journey - 100% cancellation fee.
- There is no refund on 'Early Bird' tickets.
General Terms and Conditions
- Flexi-fare tickets are flexible; names, dates and times may be transferred within the current season.
- Discounted 'Early Bird' tickets are not transferable, names, dates and times may not be altered.
- Booking valid for current season only and is non-transferable in any way.
- Bookings are essential prior to boarding, tickets are NOT sold onboard.
- Luggage allowance: 2 cases, 1 pair skis and boots per person. Extra luggage allowance can be arranged through the office.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone or divert any services if necessary.
- Damage done to property by a passenger will be charged to the passenger.
- Seat belts are mandatory while travelling in a Falls Creek Coach Service vehicle; it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure the seatbelt is always worn.
- Once a booking has been made, guests are responsible for checking the confirmation email to confirm all information is correct.
- Guests are responsible to arrive at the scheduled dates and times as outlined in the confirmation email.
- The hiring entity is responsible for the conduct and welfare of the members of their party.
- Falls Creek Coach Service will do everything possible to ensure connections with other carriers, however connections cannot be guaranteed.
- Under no circumstance will Falls Creek Coach Service be held responsible for guests’ inconvenience or additional travel expenses. Guests are responsible for having adequate travel and medical insurance to cover unexpected expenses.
- Falls Creek Coach Service is not responsible for road closures, traffic delays, weather delays or any other factors that are out of our control.
- Intoxicated persons will not be carried on any Falls Creek Coaches Services.
- The carriage of illegal drugs, smoking and the consumption of alcohol in the coach is not permitted.
- A fuel levy may apply to all fares if crude oil prices increase excessively. This is at the company's discretion.
- If there are fewer than 3 lifts operating at Falls Creek, due to lack of snow, two days prior to travel, you can elect to either postpone your booking to later in the current season or to the following season or cancel your booking and receive a full refund less a 25% administration fee per booking.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Child Policy
- No unaccompanied child under the age of 10 will be carried.
- Children between the ages of 10 – 14 must be checked in at the terminal by a responsible adult, who will supply the ID and contact number of the person collecting the child at their destination.
- The child must be aware of the behavior code required for coach travel and understand they are not to interrupt the driver whilst he/she is driving, unless it is an emergency.
- The driver will not give special attention to children and check on them. Should the child/children have a problem they must approach the driver and speak to him/her, not wait for the driver to approach them.
- The driver will not be responsible for the child at meal or toilet breaks.
- The driver shall not be deemed responsible for the child, if at their destination they are not met by the nominated adult. After a 15 minute waiting period the police shall be notified and the child passed on to them.
- A ‘Child Policy’ form must be filled out, signed and sent to Falls Creek Coaches before the child travels. The child will not be allowed on the bus otherwise.
